What you need:
- fish
- broccoli (or really any veggie you want)
- lemon pepper spice (or whatever you want to spice up the fish and veg)
- olive oil (or butter if you prefer)
I grease up an oven pan with olive oil then I layer the broccoli on it. I add the lemon pepper and a little olive oil onto the broccoli. Then I layer the fish on the bed of broccoli and I add the lemon pepper and a little olive oil. All I have to do is put into the oven about 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees (or until the fish is fully cooked.) And VOILA super easy and simple...and you don't have to make a mess chopping up items and whatnot. ENJOY :)
