What's for Dinner: Easy Fish and Broccoli Bake

I have 3 kids under the age of 6 years old...and some nights the kids especially my 2 almost 3 year old and 13 month old are up at all hours of the night. As you can guess, the next day I am DRAGGING! Even though I am like one of the Walking Dead the next day, I still want my kids to eat good, healthful food that will fill them up. This recipe is ridiculously easy and really no prep time is needed.

What you need:
  • fish
  • broccoli (or really any veggie you want)
  • lemon pepper spice (or whatever you want to spice up the fish and veg)
  • olive oil (or butter if you prefer)

I grease up an oven pan with olive oil then I layer the broccoli on it. I add the lemon pepper and a little olive oil onto the broccoli. Then I layer the fish on the bed of broccoli and I add the lemon pepper and a little olive oil. All I have to do is put into the oven about 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees (or until the fish is fully cooked.) And VOILA super easy and simple...and you don't have to make a mess chopping up items and whatnot. ENJOY :)
