Green Kids Craft Box REVIEW

Recently I was doing a survey for Opinion Outpost, when I was asked to do a review on a subscription box called Green Kids Crafts. This is NOT a paid advertisement I am not getting money for the review. I do get the product free but that will not hold me back on a review :P

Since it was free, I was like why not? It did take awhile to get the box from when I filled out my info. Yet today when the box arrived on our porch, my son saw it and immediately got excited.

Inside the box, there was a chart to collect badges as a badge (sticker) is sent each month inside the box. Then there was a little postcard filled with info on what was in the box. The rest of the box was put into three separate plastic bags filled with ingredients to create something or do a little experiment. The theme of this month's box was KITCHEN SCIENCE.

Each plastic bag had gave directions and ingredients to do two different projects. The projects were: soap cloud, make your own soap, make a volcano, fizzy bath bombs, dancing magic milk and a balloon experiment. Now all of the ingredients were not given such as a balloon, vinegar, and small stuff like that. I know most of the ingredients needed were something I would already have in the home, but it would be nice to include.

As I am a thrifty mom, I do believe it is a bit pricey. I think $19.95 plus shipping is a bit much for it. I think it should be a flat $15 rate as it didn't really contain anything pricey. I mean most of the ingredients provided were baking soda and glitter. But I must admit my son definitely has been enjoying it, so that truly means something to me.

If you are interested in trying this out for yourself, you can use my link and that will SAVE you $10 off your first box: http://www.greenkidcrafts.com/refer-a-friend/
